About

Anton Savytski

I lead technical evaluations for ecommerce brands deciding whether AI belongs in their customer support stack, and how. More than 150 brands so far.

I'm a salesperson who ships production code. Most deals need one person to understand the business and another to build the solution. I usually end up doing both, which is close to what people now call a forward deployed engineer.

Every business problem I've seen comes down to growing sales, doing more with less, or protecting what you have. AI is the first tool I've worked with that pulls on all three.

How I work

How I run a technical evaluation, from first call to decision.

  1. Discover

Their stack, and what AI needs to handle.

  2. Build

A sandbox trained on their own content.

  3. Show

A demo on their real scenarios.

  4. Prove

POC and RFP, turned into a clear decision.
